Faxing troubleshooting

If you've tried sending a fax and have received no notification about the request or it's outcome, check to make sure the file name of the PDF you've attached only contains letters, numbers, and/or spaces. We've seen where attaching a PDF that contains commas in the file name has entirely stopped the fax before it even begins to be processed by the fax server.
